📋 Description

• Own and evolve the website design system—establish scalable patterns, component libraries, and
• Lead the end-to-end design process for web projects, from concept and user research through
• Drive innovation through exploration, prototyping, and user testing to continuously improve user
• Embed best practices around responsive design, accessibility, and design-system governance to raise
• Run design demos, present work to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate design workflows, explore new interaction

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional design experience with a significant focus on web and digital product
• A portfolio showcasing mastery of user experience design, interaction design, responsive web
• Deep expertise in systems thinking—building, scaling, and governing design systems for multiple
• Strong command of modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and comfort at the intersection of design and
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-assisted design workflows and raise quality and velocity in
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience running design reviews
