GTM Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Somerville, MA (in-office 3+ days/week).
• Build AI-native tools and automations for GTM through Clay and adjacent platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure reliable, adopted

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Ops, Business Systems, or software that builds
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations solving real business
• Familiarity with Clay and GTM stack; Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker or similar.
• Experience scripting or API/webhook integration (Python, JavaScript, SQL) to move data between
• Ability to scope vague asks into well-defined, measurable solutions and ship iteratively.
• Experience integrating LLMs/ML into production (a plus); familiarity with data warehouses/BI tools
