📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategies aligned with
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change analyses to identify
• Establish change networks, champion programs, and stakeholder engagement structures for sustained
• Design and execute communication strategies, executive toolkits, leadership messaging, and
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder workshops across levels.
• Define OCM governance frameworks, roles, processes, and decision structures for large programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading OCM initiatives for large ERP or tech-enabled transformations.
• Strong SAP/S4HANA knowledge and related processes.
• Experience developing change communication, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption metrics
• Knowledge of organizational design and transition planning.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is required.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills across execs to operators.
