Senior Manager, SAP Data Lead

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data workstream: assessment, cleansing, mapping, migration, validation
• Define and own overall data migration strategy, methodology, processes, and tools.
• Establish master data governance standards across Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, COA, Cost
• Partner with business process owners to set data quality rules and acceptance thresholds.
• Oversee ETL from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead data migration cycles with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM teams to ensure readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Data Science, IS, or related.
• 10+ years in SAP data management; at least 3 years in leadership.
• Experience leading data strategy, governance, migration, and quality in SAP transformations (SAP
• Hands-on SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Experience with Syniti data management and migration platform.
• Proven experience managing data teams and offshore resources.
