Senior Product Manager - Active Fixed Income

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of Active Fixed Income and liquidity products.
• Manage product launches, amendments, mergers, and closures.
• Coordinate projects by milestones, actions, risks, and working groups.
• Ensure product activity meets regulatory, governance, risk and policy requirements.
• Review commercial viability and ongoing performance for improvements.
• Provide technical product expertise across design, regulation, tax, disclosures and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of international asset management with fund launches and management experience.
• Deep understanding of active fixed income and liquidity strategies and client selection.
• Technical knowledge of pooled product structures incl. UCITS, non-UCITS, ETFs, and SMAs.
• Experience across product strategy, development and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Demonstrable project management across priorities, risks and multiple stakeholders.
• Inclusive and collaborative approach, able to influence senior stakeholders and partners.
