• Transaction execution: support due diligence, negotiation, structuring and closing
• Asset management: support asset management activities related to infrastructure portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Investment banking experience of 2+ years
• Experience in Infrastructure or Industrials; buy-side and sell-side M&A preferred
• Strong financial modeling skills
