📋 Description

• Subject-matter expert in UKG Pro Workforce Management and Boomi
• Configure UKG Dimensions: timekeeping, pay rules, policies, analytics
• Design and maintain Boomi integrations with ERP systems
• Develop APIs, data mappings, transformations, cloud connectors
• Manage releases, security, testing, and migrations
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, operations, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, BA, HR, or related field
• 5+ years configuring UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions)
• 5+ years building Boomi integrations
• Strong XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, cloud, data transformations
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; UKG/Boomi certs preferred
