📋 Description

• Lead SRE for Waymo's Release and Pipeline infra.
• Oversee oncall rotations for field driving issues.
• Harden software, build playbooks, improve oncall metrics.
• Drive incident response during development cycles.
• Collaborate with Onboard/Eval/Simulator orgs for best practices.
• Contribute to robust, debuggable system software.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in leading large-scale production software systems, esp. ML.
• 5+ years as an organizational leader managing teams.
• Experience organizing and running oncall rotations.
• Excellent influence without authority and strong collaboration.
• Strong communication and focus on delivering value.
