Job Description
📋 Description
- Provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites
- Conduct troubleshooting per SOPs to ensure optimal system performance
- Assist with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning after construction
- Organize daily service calls and route for timely maintenance
- Build strong relationships with customers through training and support
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations
🎯 Requirements
- Must be able to travel Monday–Friday within ~150–250 miles
- Valid driver’s license
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing systems (access control or fire alarms a
- OSHA certification or familiarity preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic math and ability to operate power equipment
