Security Engineering Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead our Security Engineers to secure ESO systems across clouds and customers.
• Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to design secure architectures.
• Direct threat modelling, zero trust and security standards across multi-cloud env.
• Mentor a remote team of security engineers across Canada, UK and US venues.
• Drive security controls across platforms with defence in depth principles.
• Ensure security is embedded in the product lifecycle and architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years securing software or infrastructure in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with threat modelling, NIST/CIS frameworks, STRIDE, MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong network and infrastructure security knowledge; CI/CD security integration.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and guide security architecture decisions.
• Knowledge of SAST/DAST/IAST, RASP, EDR/XDR, and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-team guidance.
