📋 Description

• Supervises technicians and performs senior technician duties.
• Schedules staff to ensure timely sample receipt and analysis.
• Trains new Technicians on applicable ASTM standards.
• Maintains maintenance schedules for Preparation equipment.
• Enforces safety rules for all employees and visitors.
• Performs Preparation of mineral samples per standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High School or equivalent (Required)
• 5+ years in industrial/lab/field ops with safety standards (Required)
• 1+ years supervisory experience (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
• Valid and current Driver’s license (Required)
• May be required to obtain TWIC and MSHA Miner certificate
