Sr. Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to ensure on-time, under-budget
• Own tasks from scope input through final cost/schedule development and contract close-out.
• Coordinate with end users, facilities, contractors, and regulators; manage site safety and
• Lead project teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines; manage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management
• Ability to read engineering drawings, interpret specs, and coordinate multi-discipline items
• Experience with project management of major construction projects including estimating, cost
• Proficient with AutoCAD; familiarity with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat; basic GPS/Total Station
• Excellent communication, initiative, and ability to work independently and in a team
