- Lead the IT department and align with business goals
- Drive AI automation initiatives daily
- Establish metrics and report IT performance
- Develop long-term IT roadmap and budget planning
- Collaborate with senior leaders across HR Tech, Security, PMO, Helpdesk
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer service
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of corporate technology experience
- 4+ years in IT leadership
- Strong internal relationships with senior leaders
- Working knowledge of Okta, MacOS, G Suite (Gemini), Zoom, Claude, Jamf, Salesforce, Jira
- Project and program management experience
- Experience leading hybrid/international teams
