Senior Product Manager - Public Markets (Multi-Asset)

📋 Description

• Leading the design and delivery of new investment products and product enhancements across multiple
• Managing product launches, amendments, mergers and closures throughout the full product lifecycle
• Coordinating cross-functional projects with Investments, Distribution, Operations, Risk and
• Developing and maintaining product governance processes and ensuring regulatory requirements are met
• Reviewing product ranges and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and commercial
• Providing technical product expertise on fund structures, regulations, disclosures and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in investment product management within asset management
• Strong knowledge of UK funds and pooled investment structures, including UCITS, ETFs and other fund
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from development and launch through to ongoing
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect product decisions with client and business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across a range of seniority levels
• Experience delivering complex projects and managing competing priorities effectively
