Program Engineer, Federal Platform & IT Services

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end federal platform, IT services, cloud infrastructure, automation, and security
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance, Product, and Operations to set strategy and
• Oversee AWS and federal cloud initiatives focusing on scalability, security, cost, resilience, and
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud automation (Terraform, automated deployments, reduce manual
• Lead disaster recovery programs with cross-region failover validation and resilience testing.
• Advance Zero Trust identity initiatives and automated lifecycle management in federal environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in federal IT/cloud/platform engineering or similar regulated environments.
• 4+ years leading technical programs or cross-functional engineering projects (SaaS, cloud-native
• Proven FedRAMP/DoD IL4/IL5, STIG, or DoD Cloud Computing SRG experience.
• Strong AWS experience (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM); GovCloud strongly preferred.
• Hands-on IaC, Terraform, cloud automation, deployment pipelines.
• Deep cloud security, modern platform engineering, and operations in regulated settings.
