Senior PLM & Configuration Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and administer ECR/ECO processes; drive change control across Engineering, Manufacturing
• Coordinate Change Control Board activities; monitor ECO cycle times and KPIs; develop dashboards to
• Ensure PLM data integrity and governance; manage BOMs, part revisions, and metadata across systems.
• Support PLM upgrades, testing, validation, and vendor coordination; troubleshoot PLM issues.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance integrations with NetSuite, Jira, and ERP
• Serve as liaison between technical and operational teams to enable timely decision-making and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in hardware-focused product environment with PLM/Configuration Management experience.
• Hands-on PLM administration: workflows, data governance, and engineering change processes.
• Experience governing BOMs, item master data, revisions, and engineering releases.
• Experience with PLM-ERP integrations and manufacturing/supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of PLM platforms (Empower/Omnify, Arena, Windchill, Agile, Propel, Teamcenter or similar)
