📋 Description
- Own end-to-end OpenTelemetry experience for Grafana Cloud
- Define vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap
- Collaborate with remote global teams across Engineering, Design, GTM
- Balance onboarding, config, and troubleshooting workflows
- Lead with AI tools to accelerate insights and outcomes
- Ensure telemetry is healthy, attributed, and actionable
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product management for developer tools or data platforms
- Strong OpenTelemetry knowledge: SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector
- Experience building instrumentation systems and telemetry workflows
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication in a remote, global setting
- Sustained track record turning research into measurable outcomes
