📋 Description

• Pre-sales engineer for SMB to mid-market customers
• Architect tailored AI-driven solutions and demos
• Leverage Freddy AI, Agent Studio in demos/POCs
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation
• Address objections and align tech with business outcomes
• Night shift role with North America market experience required

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in pre-sales/solution engineering or similar
• Strong SaaS, cloud, APIs, enterprise software background
• Proven demos/POCs design and delivery
• Communicate well with mid-market/enterprise customers
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Familiarity with ITSM and AI/LLM concepts; hands-on AI agent building
