📋 Description
- Define and evolve both free and paid experiences across Monetization surfaces
- Lead Monetization design roadmap and development
- Partner with engineers and PMs on strategy and tactics
- Collaborate with designers/artists to expand design language
- Work on broad concepts or narrow, tactical features
- Consider copy, animation and business impact in experiences
🎯 Requirements
- Online portfolio with consumer mobile app or web design samples
- Design experience in a consumer app, product, or software
- Detail-oriented with excellence in work quality
- Ability to explain work, process, and decisions and seek feedback
