📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers building AI-powered developer tools, owning hiring, ramp-up, and
• Own the technical direction for the product we’re shipping, partnering closely with staff-level
• Drive down developer cycle time while raising the bar on correctness - making AI-assisted
• Partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap for an early-stage product, translating
• Establish the execution rhythm for your team: planning, delivery, quality, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• You’re actively shipping code with AI agents in production
• You thrive in early-stage environments where the roadmap shifts and the right answer isn’t known
• You have a genuine point of view on AI coding tools - where they help today, where they fall short
• You have strong technical depth in full-stack development (TypeScript/React and systems-level work)
• You’ve built developer-facing products or tooling where speed, reliability, and developer
