R&D Technician

📋 Description

• Process samples for developmental research as directed by the R&D team.
• Collaborate with the R&D Manager to ensure samples meet quality standards and timelines.
• Support lab upkeep, equipment, and supplies management.
• Adhere to QA systems and safety protocols.
• Assist with documentation and records; prepare human, plant, seed, animal, bacterial, fungal, or
• Perform DNA/RNA extraction, quantification, gel electrophoresis; run RT-PCR, TaqMan, KASP assays

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Biology/Biotech preferred.
• Willingness to receive training in molecular biology techniques and R&D protocols.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills; meticulous recordkeeping.
• Commitment to lab safety and high-quality standards.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills; authorization to work in the United States
