📋 Description

• Maintain quality and accuracy of NIQ databases through data operations, product coding, data
• Support data quality activities in a collaborative international environment.
• Manage daily workload and coordinate with country teams and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and improve coding and data input validation (Consumer Information Platform).
• Provide timely feedback to country teams to ensure SOP compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams; operate effectively in a virtual, multicultural

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• High accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data/operational processes.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Perfect command of Latvian language.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis/Interpretation, etc.).
