Product Designer (Parental Leave Replacement)

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end UI for Descope's SaaS web app in collaboration with product managers and R&D.
• Map scenarios, create product flows, prototypes, and designs for holistic user journeys.
• Work in a startup environment with high context-switching and fast feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in end-to-end (UX/UI) product design, preferably SaaS or developer-centric.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, communicate clearly early.
• Strategic design thinking across research, rapid prototyping, high-fidelity design, usability
• Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, composition, detail.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance design workflows; Claude is a plus.
