Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end deal execution for partnership pipeline
• Translate partner needs into structured proposals and recommendations
• Own BD systems, partner communication, and cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Launch Operations on programs
• Interface with C-suite to support deal execution
• Ensure deliverables are executive-level polished

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy/development, or BD
• Strong problem-solving and ability to synthesize complex info
• Bias to action, organized, execution-focused
• Excellent written/verbal communication and storytelling
• Coachable, feedback-oriented, strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, Google Slides, Notion; basic financial modeling
