Proposal Graphics Consultant

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain reusable graphics libraries, templates, layouts, icons, and visual assets
• Translate complex concepts into diagrams, graphics, and information designs to reinforce proposal
• Provide responsive graphics support during active proposal efforts, including rapid revisions and
• Establish and maintain consistent standards for layout, typography, color, iconography, imagery
• Collaborate with proposal teams to ensure visuals support strategic objectives and audience needs.
• Review and update visual and branding guidelines to improve consistency and usability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating proposal graphics for U.S. Government contractors or federal clients.
• Experience with large federal contractors in defense, national security, foreign affairs, or
• Exceptional visual judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong information-design skills to communicate complex ideas through visuals.
• Advanced proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
