Clinical Field Specialist

📋 Description

• Sales role to MFMs, OB/GYNs and Genetic Counselors
• Increase revenue and drive market development via direct sales
• Provide clinical insight, educational support, and training on product applications
• Support launches and currently marketed products
• Work with PHI access and ensure HIPAA/PHI/privacy/training compliance
• Build relationships and execute strategic business plans in assigned geography

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in Science or related healthcare field preferred
• Minimum three years physician sales in diagnostic laboratory business (genetics preferred)
• Background in medical/biological sciences; OB/GYN/MFM market knowledge preferred
• Proven track record in new market/product launches and revenue growth
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel; experience with Gmail and Salesforce.com

• OTE: $165,000 – $190,000 USD; base salary with uncapped commissions
