- Solve medium to high complexity issues with laboratory instrumentation and robotics (e.g., liquid
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance with increasing independence; follow SOPs and
- Analyze test data, document service tickets thoroughly, and adhere to GDP and regulatory
- Communicate effectively with customers and manage multiple projects concurrently.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
- 2–5 years in Service Engineering with hands-on lab equipment repair experience.
- Understanding of diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, software, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong mechanical/electrical engineering skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
