- Drive continuous equipment reliability improvements at AbbVie site.
- Lead and coordinate reliability programs and asset management processes.
- Develop solutions to repetitive failures; improve MTBF and OEE metrics.
- Define and monitor Asset Operations Plans and LCAM compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- BS in Engineering; 2+ years in maintenance or reliability roles.
- Experience with RCFA, predictive maintenance, and asset lifecycle concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
