Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD) * Up to $5000 sign on bonus *

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs for individuals with behavioral and mental
• Supervise and train mental health specialists; ensure programs are developed, implemented
• Maintain on-call coverage; manage direct service shifts and scheduling within policy guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs for behavioral/serious mental health needs.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
