📋 Description

• AIX L3 System Administrator for IBM AIX and pSeries envs.
• Highest technical escalation point for complex troubleshooting.
• Focus on performance tuning, migrations, virtualization, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure stability, security, and availability in mission-critical systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years hands-on IBM AIX and pSeries administration.
• Deep understanding of AIX OS and Power Systems architecture.
• Strong experience with PowerVM, VIOS, and HMC.
• Power8/Power9/Power10 architectures; hardware and OS troubleshooting.
• Expert in DLPAR, LPM, virtual networking/storage, NPIV, and SAN storage.
• OS migrations (6.1, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3) and VIOS upgrades.
