📋 Description
- Lead pre-sales and scoping for Risk, Security, and OT solutions
- Deliver architecture for ServiceNow OTM across customers
- Engage with CXOs to discuss roadmap and change management
- Mentor delivery teams and partner ecosystem
- Travel up to 20% annually as needed
🎯 Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows
- Security, Risk, OT domain expertise; ITOM ServiceNow modules
- Familiar with FFIEC, SEC, OCC, SOX, ISA 62443 concepts
- Proficient in OT protocols and network data visibility
- 12+ years in professional services or equivalent
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and design skills
