📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operation of a large-scale consumer device test lab
• Maintain device fleets, test rigs, lab infra, inventory, provisioning, and logistics
• Prepare devices for testing and support large-scale validation efforts
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, QA, reliability, IT, and infrastructure teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track-record operating hardware/electronics test labs
• Hands-on with fleets of consumer electronics or prototypes
• Experience configuring test rigs, networking, power, and peripherals
• Strong organizational skills and ability to document assets and processes
• Clear communication with engineers, QA, vendors, and technicians
• Basic CAD familiarity a plus
