Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead Waabi's HIL program across Hardware and Software teams.
• Define tiered HIL architecture from bench to full-system integration.
• Ensure only mature software reaches the vehicle via HIL verification.
• Oversee safety-critical fault injection in hardware environments.
• Validate real-time constraints using hardware timestamping and DAQ.
• Integrate HIL testing into CI and release processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in EE, CE, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HIL/embedded testing or V&V for safety-critical systems.
• Hands-on experience with custom HIL or off-the-shelf platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CAN, automotive Ethernet, and testing protocols.
• Proficiency in Python and test automation; CI integration experience.
