Director, Operations Reporting & Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end operational and clinical reporting across Matter Health markets
• Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards for market, provider, Care Support, clinical, and
• Own enterprise KPI definitions, calculations, and naming conventions
• Partner with Data Engineering and IT to define data-pipeline requirements and reporting
• Build self-service reporting capabilities and train leaders to use data tools
• Ensure HIPAA and data-privacy compliance across reporting practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, health informatics, or related field, or equivalent
• 8+ years in reporting/BI/analytics; 5+ years in people leadership
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Advanced SQL and working with complex datasets
• Experience defining KPIs and enterprise reporting standards
• Healthcare data experience and ability to translate questions into insights
