Senior Software Engineer, Platform

📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction of the Web Applications Platform team
• Own and evolve shared platform services (auth, identity, config)
• Design build/delivery workflows for apps in isolated envs
• Partner with teams to improve platform reliability and productivity
• Drive cross-team architectural initiatives
• Remain hands-on writing production code and infra

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building/operating production software
• Experience in platform engineering, infra, or developer tooling
• Strong Python, Django, FastAPI skills
• Kubernetes and GitOps (Helm, ArgoCD)
• Authn/Authz design and implementation experience
• PM skills: break down work, estimate, communicate risks
