Deployment Strategist - Canada

📋 Description

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points in
• Own flagship deals end-to-end: identify use cases, structure terms, and drive to close.
• Embed with strategic customers, spend time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to realize
• Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents and ensure production readiness to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with research and sales teams to expand AI solutions across sectors and showcase

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with customers in a technical capacity; enterprise experience preferred.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic Python skills and API integration familiarity to prototype and communicate with engineering
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to simplify complex concepts.
• Track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
