📋 Description

• Lead an enterprise program to improve visibility, security, sustainability, cost effectiveness, and
• Own IoT-enabled visibility and freight-security device lifecycle and governance.
• Drive end-to-end pharmaceutical shipping improvements for visibility, protection, custody, and
• Establish standardized governance with KPIs, dashboards, and operating cadences for MBRS/QBRs.
• Analyze logistics, device, service-provider, and cost data to identify trends and actionable plans.
• Advance sustainability through emissions reduction, modal optimization, and packaging reuse.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in logistics, transportation, distribution ops, or related fields with program management
• Experience with IoT-enabled visibility, telematics, tracking, or freight-security solutions; device
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical shipping and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and partners without direct authority.
• Data-driven with continuous improvement, cost optimization, and measurable outcomes.
