Cybersecurity Lead | Product Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead product security engineering for Xplor verticals, partnering with Engineering leadership
• Automate and integrate Product Security services across products and brands
• Act as SME for security design reviews, threat modeling, release readiness, and exceptions
• Oversee mobile, API, and product security vulnerability management
• Build AI-assisted tools to automate Product Security workflows
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Cyber teams on security delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Application Security/Security Engineering with CS/Engineering degree or equivalent
• Experience advising engineering teams on security improvements and remediations
• Proven in secure design reviews, threat modeling, and defining security requirements
• Experience building/operating SAST, DAST, EASM and related tooling
• Strong cloud experience on AWS and Azure; deploy/manage security tooling
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and ability to automate workflows
