🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership
• Senior/lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large projects
• Deep enterprise architecture, data integration, process intelligence, and AI understanding
• Experience designing AI-augmented delivery workflows and multi-agent systems
• Strong domain expertise in a process domain or industry vertical
• Executive presence with VP/C-level stakeholder engagement
