Principal Product Manager, AI Agents & MCP

📋 Description

• Define direction for Amplitude's agents and MCP surfaces over 12–24 months and set investment
• Own the product vision to help customers derive insights faster and act with confidence.
• Advance MCP capabilities to support coding agents, CLI, IDE, and UI.
• Establish evals, quality standards, and feedback to measure customer value and iterate on agent
• Engage with customers to understand workflows and discover new AI agent use cases.
• Partner with field teams to position, demo, and support AI Agent products effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management, including 0-to-1 product delivery.
• 3+ years building products on AI/ML with hands-on experience in agentic products.
• Fluency in latest LLM trends, with understanding of context management, latency, eval methods, and
• Experience building systems that measure probabilistic product improvement over time.
• Strong track record of executing complex initiatives with engineering and design, in ambiguity and
