📋 Description

• Manage and validate budgets for activity validation.
• Monitor KPIs, RFQ targets, milestones and performance indicators.
• Lead technical meetings and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive validation plans and ensure performance convergence at milestones.
• Update PLM tools and maintain project information.
• Propose technical improvements and contribute to lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or related field.
• Initial experience in project management, validation, performance management, or engineering
• English and French proficiency (mandatory).
• Budget planning, monitoring, cost control, KPI tracking, stakeholder management.
• Risk/issue management, leadership, planning, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of product development and validation processes.
