Sr. Robotics Design Engineer: Government Projects

📋 Description

• Own robotic manufacturing cell design end-to-end for Government Projects
• Design six-axis industrial robot hardware including robot transporter mechanisms
• Build 3D CAD assemblies and manufacturing-ready 2D drawings (SolidWorks expert)
• Perform structural analysis and simulation to validate designs
• Prototype hardware with DFM using 3D printers and CNC machines
• Lead mechanical risk assessments and ensure safety standard compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years robotic system design and integration with six-axis robots
• Experience designing 6DOF robot automation systems and EOAT
• SolidWorks expert, 3D solid modeling, and 2D manufacturing drawings
• Familiarity with motion control, robotics programming, and industrial facilities
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and travel willingness
