• Combine single- and multi-agent paradigms to improve orchestration, context management
• Ensure observability, evaluation, and developer experience for scalable AI systems.
• Support training and evaluation loops linking production experiences to model improvements.
• Collaborate across product and infrastructure to ship high-quality systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building large-scale AI systems with high reliability, availability, and performance.
• Strong software craftsmanship focused on developer experience and future-proof systems.
• Proficiency with Python; bonus for Rust and cloud infra (AWS, Kubernetes).
• BS/MS/PhD in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
