Sr ServiceNow Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
• Architect scalable ServiceNow apps across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CRM
• Conduct technical discovery and workshops with enterprise clients
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and developers to address requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow components and workflows
• Design integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, Import Sets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration
• Expertise in >=3 ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CRM, etc.)
• Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
• REST/SOAP integrations with third parties
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server
• ITIL knowledge and service management translation
