📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end RFP and requirements-focused business analysis activities from discovery through
• Develop or tailor a three-tier business capability model aligned with objectives.
• Assess current-state processes and operating models to identify gaps and pain points.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable business requirements.
• Develop demo scripts and vendor evaluation materials against defined requirements.
• Establish vendor evaluation criteria and support structured assessment of solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience as a Business Analyst, with end-to-end RFP leadership.
• Strong background in traditional requirements-focused analysis: elicitation, documentation
• Experience with business architecture, capability modeling, and operating model analysis.
• Ability to assess current-state processes and translate to future-state requirements.
• Experience creating vendor evaluation criteria, RFP materials, demonstration scripts, and
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation capabilities.
