• Lead on Monetization design, shaping product roadmap and development
• Partner with engineers and product managers on long-term strategy and short-term tactics
• Collaborate with designers and artists to expand the design language
• Work on broadly defined concepts or narrowly defined, tactical features
• Consider copy, animation, and business impact when crafting the experience
