Senior Data Analyst, People

📋 Description

• Define and own our core People metrics across headcount, hiring, retention, and experience.
• Build scalable analytical products: canonical datasets, models, dashboards.
• Turn analyses into narratives for People leaders and engineers to influence decisions.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, Finance, and others to answer org questions end-to-end.
• Support cross-functional analytics culture and data fluency across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, data science, BI, or related field.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling across large datasets.
• Experience with Looker/LookML or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Sigma, or Google Sheets for visualization.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder storytelling.
