🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering experience building production systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python (or willingness to learn Python).
• Experience with event-driven architectures using messaging/streaming (e.g., Kafka).
• Proven track record delivering and owning backend systems from conception to production.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, performance, and
