Quality Receiving Inspector

📋 Description

• Perform dimensional, visual, and workmanship inspections of avionics hardware
• Review documentation for hardware acceptance per engineering requirements
• Conduct receiving inspections of avionics hardware and components
• Inspect PCBs for workmanship, solder quality, and defects
• Verify components against drawings, BOMs, POs, part numbers
• Inspect soldering, crimping, coatings, and through-hole components per standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in receiving or avionics inspection of aerospace components
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specs
• Experience with First Article and Source Inspections
• Experience with NASA IPC/NASA standards (NASA 8739, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610)
• Wire harness experience per NASA IPC standards
• Electrical testing using portable measuring devices
