Associate Scientist – BioPharma Molecular

📋 Description

• Apply molecular and cell biology techniques to support design, development, validation, and
• Work with qPCR and ddPCR and support cell-based assays in GLP-regulated lab
• Contribute to method development, validation, sample analysis, data calculation, interpretation
• Ensure experiments align with SOPs, GDP, GLP and maintain proper documentation
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff; maintain equipment and materials
• Collaborate within a team to meet study timelines and company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or
• 4+ years in a scientific laboratory environment
• GLP-regulated lab experience and strong GDP knowledge
• Experience with PCR, qPCR, and/or ddPCR; DNA/RNA handling and nucleic acid extraction/quantification
• Experience with human samples in a BSL-II environment; assay design and data interpretation
• Ability to troubleshoot, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively
